CHEEZIOUS CALZONE CHUNKS

Calzone chunks are an Italian dish that is similar to folded pizza. They are made from pizza dough filled with mozzarella cheese, chicken, meat, sauce, and vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, or peppers). They are ideal for a quick meal with fries and dipping sauce. We will discuss the recipes and ingredients here and how we can make them at home.

Recipe and Ingredients

Complete Ingredients

  • Yogurt or Dahi ½ cups
  • Garlic pastes or Lehsan 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder, one tablespoon
  • Kashmiri lal mirch powder one tablespoon
  • Cumin 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala ¼ tablespoons
  • Black pepper ¼ tablespoons
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • One tablespoon oil
  • Boneless chicken (1/2 kilograms)

Cooking Instructions

  • Put the yogurt in a bowl. Then, add garlic paste, red chili, Kashmiri lal mirch powder, cumin, garam masala, black pepper, salt, and oil. Mix it properly.
  • Add ½ kilogram of chicken to the bowl and mix it so the spices are mixed entirely with chicken pieces.
  • Add oil (two tablespoons) to the frying pan and heat it accordingly. After that, cook the marinated chicken thoroughly in the pan.
  • In another bowl, add mayonnaise, garlic ketchup, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, oregano, and chili flakes and mix well.
  • Now, take the Pita Bread and cut it into two pieces.
  • Spread the sauce on one piece of bread and evenly put the cooked chicken on it. Then add mozzarella cheese on the top, and cover it with the bread piece.
  • Now place it in the oven for 1-2 minutes at 100 degrees.
  • Please take out the calzone chunk and serve it with fries and dip sauce.
