🔍 Job Summary

This role involves designing, implementing, and improving structured training programs that enhance employee performance and meet company standards. You’ll work closely with operations, HR, and outlet managers to ensure every staff member is aligned with Cheezious’ values, vision, and expectations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Employee Onboarding & Coaching: Deliver dynamic training sessions and one-on-one coaching to help team members adapt quickly and perform effectively.
• Branch Visits for SOP Compliance: Conduct site visits to evaluate hygiene, customer service quality, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation.
• Training Content Development: Design engaging training materials and manuals that reflect the Cheezious brand and operational goals.
• Performance Assessment: Monitor staff growth and assess the impact of training programs using tools and feedback mechanisms.
• Recognition & Record-Keeping: Manage employee recognition initiatives and maintain accurate training records for audits and reviews.
• Support New Store Launches: Assist in training teams during outlet openings and rollout of new initiatives.
• Tech Tools Training: Provide training on Point of Sale (POS) systems, kitchen display tools, and other tech platforms used across Cheezious branches.

🎓 Who Should Apply?

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Training & Development—especially those who have hands-on experience in hospitality.

✅ You must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in staff training, ideally within the hospitality sector
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• The flexibility and motivation to travel between cities when required
